Consignment Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

Consignments are done by
appointment only.

COVID-19 protocols in place. Items will sit a minimum of 24 hours before being put on floor.

All items must be gently used, clean and ready for resale.

CRITERIA:

Seasonal, freshly washed, and folded neatly into a container or box.
Max 60 items.
Stains, holes, pet hair, odors, wrinkled, missing buttons, or non-working zippers, will not be accepted.

Vintage or retro items will be accepted
based on age and condition.
Consignment duration is minimum 90 days.
25% markdown is done after 30 days, 50% markdown after 60 days (vintage, collectibles and jewelry pieces exempt).
Split is 60/40 (shop/consignee) on all items.

IMPORTANT:

Frugal Frocks will contact you when your contract is due.
Monies owing will be paid in FULL via cash, cheque or e-transfer.
Alternatively, you may use your credit in the store within 3 months.
Any leftover items will be returned. If you are unavailable when your contract is due, let us know. We cannot store your items. Leftovers not picked up within a week of contact will be donated to charity.
