Frugal Frocks, a ladies consignment store, is a hub of activity in historic downtown Armstrong, BC.
In 1992, owner and operator Susan Gagnon opened the shop with just a few racks of clothes and accessories.
Thirty years later, with over 2000 consignees, Frugal Frocks is bursting with quality clothing, accessories, collectibles and a specialty cappuccino bar.
A great place to explore for both locals and visitors.

Since opening in 1992, Frugal Frocks has grown and expanded into a new location, added more services and welcomed a dynamic team. There is always something fun going on in the shop, from community fashion shows to theatre events, and dressing up at every opportunity in between!
